Samsung has made its new resolution to go big in 2013 with their product. Samsung Galaxy Note III is said that it will have the world's biggest screen with a 6.3-inch screen using an OLED (Organic Light emitting diode) Samsung plans to invest more cash in this new small, medium and large sized OLED screens technology. Samsung has not revealed much about Galaxy Note III.Samsung Electronics is working on the Samsung Galaxy S IV, which will be introduced in february's Mobile world congress(MWC). The Korea Time was the first to report the new Galaxy plan.According to the officials company will start the sale of OLED related product from next year and the first commercial sale of OLED related product will be 55-inch OLED TVs from late next year.
