Call of Duty : Black Ops 2 Elite service won't be available for Wii U

Activision has revelead that Call of Duty:Black Ops 2 launches across consoles and on PC on November 13 and this time,it's Elite service is Free. The thing is that it w0on't be available to everyone.Wii U owner will not get access to the Elite service when the game launches,They will get access but not sure when will they get atleast they have to wait for now.
Activision recently announced their Ekite service will be free but don't expect it to be like Modern Warfare 3's $50 Elite service.Activision are offering an extra social service for Black ops 2.This includes, tracking BlOps2 stats, creating and joining clans to complete in competitions,Zombie mode leaderboards, call of duty Elite TV which includes tips and strategy videos from the developers themselves and a social integration service so you can stay up to date with BlOps 2 news.Apart from this you won't get several map packs for free.
To have the access to map packs you have to pay $15 each.BlOps players will have to fork out $50 for a season pass and even then, that DLC will be timed exclusive for Xbox 360consoles .It's unclear if the Wii U will get any DLC either.
